STEP 1
You should perforate the roof cover in the high part of the crest immediately after the lateral overlap and on the support belt.
STEP 2
Introduce the wire tie into the orifice from the upside to the downside tightening moderately without deforming the wave. Secure the tie to the support belt. |

Important
Remember that the angle of inclination can never be less than 15%, and it is neccessary to respect the minimum distances between the support points(metallic or wooden rafters), for each of the models. |

STEP 1

Instructions for installation Model Trapezoidal |

· Perforation: Soddering iron or drill for tie and screwdriver for self-perforating screw.
· Verify that the distance between belts is not greater than 1,70 mts.
· Installation with Tie: The roof cover is fastened on the 1 st ,on the 3 rd crest, on the 5 th and on the 6 th if another roof cover is overlapped.
· Installation – selfperforating screw: On one end of the roof cover you put screw in valley 1, 3, 5. On the following belt in valley 2 and 4 and so on. At the extreme end of the roof cover the screw should be in valley 1, 3 and 5. sucesivamente Al final de la teja debe quedar el tornillo en el valle 1, 3 y 5.
· In these types of installations the crests of the lateral overlap must be united.

Remember that the guarantee expires if:
1. The roof cover is dismantled after being installed.
2. The distance between points is greater than 1.10 meters for Model 7 and 1 meter for Model 3.
3. Si la distancia entre apoyos es máxima de 80 cms para la teja ruralita-polipropileno.
4. If the perforations through which the wire tie is inserted are not made with a soddering iron or drill.
5.
If there is evidence of being stepped on after being installed.
6. If they are piled in the sun and this creates a magnifying glass effect. |
